Animal Hospital Exam Room…

Our animal clinic exam rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Animal clinic exam room seating

Bring your family – while your veterinarian examines your pet there is ample seating for 5 to 6 adults.

Animal clinic exam room equipment

Weighing your pet at every veterinary exam.

Is medically necessary to detect subtle weight loss or gain because both can be an indication of a health status change. Our veterinary examination table is conveniently equipped with a stainless steel scale which your pet does not even know is there. This is less stressful on your pet and on you.

Weight loss
• May indicate metabolic, diabetes, nutritional, kidney, heart, dental or other diseases are present even if visual signs are not present yet.

Weight gain
•May indicate that your pet has a calorie imbalance. I.e. taking in too many calories (eating too much) or not burning enough calories (not exercising enough).

Veterinarian’s notes in your pet’s medical record

It is legally necessary to record notes in your pet’s medical record whenever examined by your veterinarian. We also work diligently to include you in your pet’s medical care. Before we begin any veterinary diagnostics or veterinary treatments we create a treatment plan for your approval.

A computer, printer and electronic signature pad in each veterinary exam insures that your veterinarian has access to your pet’s previous medical record. Veterinary technicians can easily input your pet’s Temp, Pulse & Respiration for each visit. Your veterinarian can also easily input their notes while or just after examining your pet. This saves everyone time and helps insure that medical records are kept up to date and are easily accessible at each visit by your dog or cat.
